Another candidate for the Acadia Parish School Board District 5 seat has taken their name out of the running.
According to the Secretary of Sate’s website Elaine Sias withdrew from the race; incumbent David Lalande withdrew from the race last month.
Steve Jones will now represent District 5 on the Acadia Parish School Board.
