A Sulphur man was arrested in connection with a stabbing that police say was the result of a road rage incident.
Police say that on August 2, 2018, at around 7:15 am officers of the Sulphur Police Department were dispatched to Quality Inn Suites, 320 South Cities Services Hwy in reference to a stabbing.
Upon arrival, officers say they learned the victim was a part of a road rage type incident.
47-year-old Cleve Orso was located and arrested in connection with that stabbing. He has been charged with second degree aggravated battery. The victim was transported to West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital helipad and immediately flown to the Lafayette Wound Center.
An investigation is ongoing.
