The Lafayette Fire Department is currently on the scene of a residential fire on Gauthier Road and E. Pinhook Road.
The fire department says that crews are on the scene, but could not give details on the fire. There is no word on damage to any structures or injuries at this time.
KATC has a crew en route to the scene and will have more information as it becomes available.
