Posted

The St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office is still looking for information on the whereabouts of Keshia Sylvester.

Deputies say that information uncovered from their ongoing investigation that Sylvester was last seen on September 22, 2017, at a residence in Breaux Bridge. That new information, discovered in March of this year, prompted an investigation of an extensive area off of Mills Hwy. in Breaux Bridge. It was initially thought by deputies that Sylvester was last seen on October 2, 2017, in a white pick-up truck in the Breaux Bridge area.

Investigators say that they have not ruled out foul play as a factor in the case and are looking for any new information that may help them move forward.

Deputies shared the update on their Facebook page hoping to reach as many people as possible about the case.

Sylvester is described by deputies as a 29-year-old black female, 5’2” 145 pounds.

Deputies ask that anyone with information on Sylvester’s disappearance contact the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office at 337-394-3071.
