The Louisiana Small Business Development Center at UL Lafayette will hold a Small Business 101 workshop today from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at the South Regional Library in Lafayette.
The workshop is free and open for those interested in learning what it takes to start their own business. Organizers say that the workshop will cover topics like entrepreneurship readiness, the purpose of a business plan, regulatory compliance, sources of funds for start-up and expansion, and small business resources.
