One person was killed following a shooting just east of Allen Parish. The Sheriff’s Office there confirmed the death, but says deputies in Evangeline Parish are in charge of the investigation. Several viewers have told us the shooting was in connection with a trail ride Saturday night. We are waiting on calls back from the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s office.
