The Down Syndrome Association of Acadiana hosted a hip-hop dance party at Jill Listi Dance Studio this afternoon.
Those with Down syndrome and their siblings were invited to learn some choreography with the help of Jill Listi’s dancers.
The main lesson for all participants was to let loose and have fun showing off their moves.
The association supports and connects families of children with Down syndrome with events throughout the year that give families an opportunity to meet, mingle and gain information from each other.
