A Gofundme account has been set up to help cover the funeral expenses for a man who was killed last week in a bicycle crash in Kaplan.
Damon Fuller, 25, of Kaplan, was riding a bike on LA 700 and 699, off of Hwy. 35, on Thursday, June 8, when he was struck by a vehicle. He died the next day, according to his father.
The bicycle was not equipped with lights or reflectors, according to Fuller’s father.

His father said Damon was an athlete in Special Olympics and was set to compete later this month.
