Posted

The LITE Center in Lafayette is going purple for Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month.

The Alzheimer’s Association hopes to raise awareness of the disease with the vibrant display.

The egg-shaped building on Cajundome Boulevard will remain purple until June 30 to honor the nearly 90,000 people in Louisiana living with Alzheimer’s and their caregivers.
