Erath Police will conduct a "Click it or Ticket" seatbelt checkpoint Thursday, May 31 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at an undisclosed location in Erath.
Officers will be checking for motorists and passengers who are in violation of the state’s seatbelt law, in addition to impaired drivers and any other violations.
