Erath Police have cited a driver involved in the Easter Sunday crash that left a Kaplan woman dead.
Judy Lafleur, 73, was riding a trike motorcycle with her husband when the accident happened. Her husband was injured, but she died, police said.
They were struck by an SUV that failed to yield to oncoming traffic, police say.
The driver of the SUV, Lanie Segura Cassidy, was cited for failure to yield with a fatality, police say.
Tests were run on both drivers, and neither driver was under the influence of alcohol, police said. Toxicology test results are still pending, police say.
