Downtown Alivewelcomes an All-Star Tribute to Tom Petty plus The Viatones at Parc Sans Souci in downtown Lafayette this Friday.
From the group that brought you "The Last Waltz" and the Beatles and Fleetwood Mac Hoot Nights comes an All-Star Tribute to Tom Petty featuring the Heartbrakers, Andrew Toups, Blayze Viator, Chad Viator, Danny Devillier, and Ian Guidroz, with the vocal talents of Chris Stafford, Christiaan Mader, Jason Harrington, Jessie Lalonde-Devillier, Julie Williams, Leah Graef, Rex Moroux, and Tif Lamson.
The Viatones are a rock’n’roll quintet from Lafayette comprised of area musicians. They currently have two self-released albums.
The party starts at 5 p.m. as DTA hosts Lafayette’s Happiest Hour. This week’s DTA Happiest Hour is hosted by The Wurst Biergarten from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. DTA starts immediately following.
