Mercedes-Benz has expanded to Lafayette, opening an AMG certified dealership – one they say is the first in the area.
The Moss Family says the certification allows them to sell a specialty line of performance-oriented cars.
"It was a huge undertaking and huge leap of faith that we took," said Sharon Moss, Mercedes Benz of Lafayette. "We are really excited about the endeavor, the building came out beautiful, we can display a lot more cars and sell a lot more cars in this facility."
The 30,000 square feet facility is located at 6142 Johnston Street and is the only one of it’s kind in Louisiana.
