There are few things in life as satisfying as digging your hand into a bowl of freshly-poured M&Ms. Whether they’re plain, peanut or some other flavor like caramel, there is just something about a handful of these chocolate treats that just makes everything better.
Earlier this year, M&M’s parent company Mars, Inc. asked fans to take a flavor-filled journey around the globe and choose their favorite of three internationally-inspired M&M’S Peanut candies for their Flavor Vote campaign. The results are now in and the winning flavor officially joining the M&M’S line-up in stores is English Toffee Peanut!
According to a press release, the English Toffee Peanut flavor tastes “as elegant as a trip to Great Britain itself” and features milk chocolate and toffee peanut pieces wrapped in the brand’s signature colorful crispy shell. The new M&Ms will begin appearing on store shelves this month and will be sold for about 18 months, or until around February 2021 (while supplies last).
The English Toffee Peanut flavor beat out Mexican Jalapeño Peanut and Thai Coconut Peanut, so if you didn’t get to try those when they were around, you’re out of luck now. M&M does have other brand new flavors that are on store shelves, however, so if English Toffee Peanut isn’t your thing, there are plenty of others to take home.
Just in time for fall, first up is Creepy Cocoa Crisp, which not only has a perfect name for Halloween but also comes in autumn colors like dark red, orange and brown. Each Creepy Cocoa Crisp candy has a cocoa crisp center, basically like Rice Krispies cereal, and is covered in a layer of dark chocolate and the candy shell.
Food blogger @munchiebunchie from Los Angeles found them in mid-July and shared this image:

Next up is a flavor I am personally so excited to try — Fudge Brownie! Unfortunately, Mars, Inc. isn’t revealing much about the new flavor. Pretty much the only thing we can confirm is that it will be in stores eventually, but we don’t know when or anything else about it.
Will you be trying M&M’s new English Toffee Peanut flavor or any other new M&Ms?
