A Lafayette man has identified his brother as one of those lost in the New Orleans attack this week.
Cecil Wilkson, who lives in Lafayette, posted about his younger brother, Elliot Wilkinson. He said he received a phone call Thursday morning telling him that Elliot was among those who died when a Houston man drove his truck into the New Year's Eve crowd on Bourbon Street.
