I solemnly swear you’ll want every one of these Harry Potter outfits for your aspiring witch or wizard.
It’s time for back to school shopping! And if a standard pair of jeans won’t cut it, how about some Sorcerer’s Stone-washed jeans? Yes, there is a truly magical new clothing collection out just in time for the new school year.
U.K.-based retailer Boden has teamed up with Warner Bros. and designed an 81-piece collection of incredibly (you might even say riddikulus-ly) cute clothes for little ones.
About half of the MiniBoden collection of wearable wizardry is out now, and many sizes are still available online. A second set of offerings is due to be released in October.
The only thing not available is an invisibility cloak, but then again you probably wouldn’t see it anyway.
Chamber Of Outfits
The Boden Harry Potter line features a wide range of styles for boys and girls from infant sizes up to age 12. Some go up to size 16.
There are socks and underwear, knit Quidditch shirts with Hogwarts symbols, outfits to show off your quidditch love, skirts with spells written all over them and Hedwig appliqué overalls. There are also pajamas printed with Harry Potter’s iconic wire-rimmed glasses. The prints are hand-drawn and 3-D details make them really stand out.
The clothing starts at $26 for a scarf and goes up to $85 for a sequin-emblazoned hippogriff bomber jacket.
Can’t you just picture your kiddos running down Platform 9 3/4 to catch the train? With a lightning bolt on their jeans, we’re sure they’ll easily catch. it.
Diagon Deals
This is the newest collection, but it’s not the only Harry Potter-themed wear out there.
You can get clever T-shirts available at Kohl’s for aspiring little (and big) witches and wizards, too. These shirts feature fun phrases from the series, including “The wand chooses the wizard,” “I solemnly swear I am up to no good” and more.
Target also has a wide variety of Harry Potter attire to make muggles of all ages feel magical. From infant onesies to adult socks, there’s a little something for everyone. There are also pajama sets that match each Hogwarts house.
Also, Etsy sellers have handmade items like bibs and booties to get your mini muggles into the magical spirit early on. These bibs fromseller E2R2 Embroidery are big on puns.
And, of course, there are the recent releases of Harry Potter Vans and the Pottery Barn decor collection, if you can’t get enough of J.K. Rowling’s fantasy world.
Being outfitted in Harry Potter gear turns going back to school into a magical back-to-Hogwarts experience for your little wizards-to-be. But don’t delay, the sizes will disappear before you can say, “Accio credit card!”
