YOUNGSVILLE, LA — UPDATE: The owner has picked up the dog.
While out reporting, KATC-TV 3's Chris Welty found a dog caged on a porch in Youngsville.
Remember, do not leave pet caged during flooding events like Barry.
Welty is working on finding help for the dog.
After we aired the photo of the dog, Chris Welty said the owner came to rescue it from the porch. When asked for an interview, the owner said, "No comment," and "I always take care of my dog."
