Just when you thought Dole Whip couldn’t get any better, Disney goes and makes it in an adult ice cream sandwich form. The new Frozcato cookie sandwich is made with pineapple Dole Whip, moscato and vodka, and wedged in between two sugar cookies.
If you weren’t already planning to take a trip to Disney this summer, this new treat might just convince you to get the family packed and ready to go.
Because seriously, this alone could be worth the travel expenses!
The Frozcato cookie sandwich is available throughout the entire summer season at Wine Bar George, in Disney Springs at Disney World. This frozen treat is available for $8, according to the Disney Food Blog.
Based on the photo from the Wine Bar George Instagram account, this is one dessert you won’t want to miss out on:

Those who have gotten to try a Frozcato Sugar Cookie Sandwich already can’t recommend it highly enough.
Instagram user @happiest.haigs.on.earth wrote, “Overall, the treat is very yummy and refreshing in the Florida heat. Come with a big appetite or be prepared to share or eat it quickly because it’s huge (at least 4 inches across!) and melts QUICK”:
This post recommends getting in early to make sure you get one before they’re gone. “Limited quantities are available each day, so go early if you want to try it,” the caption reads.
So, ice cream for breakfast, anyone?
This isn’t Disney’s first foray into a boozy version of its delicious Dole Whip. In fact, Wine Bar George’s counter service has also sold Dole Whip Froscato drinks containing vodka and Moscato.
Vodka … well, you know what vodka is.
Moscato is a sweet wine from Italy. While you can enjoy it on its own in a glass, Moscato is also a popular ingredient in baked goods, such as cupcakes, due to its sweet flavor.
The Oasis Bar and Grill has also ventured outside of the traditional pineapple Dole Whip flavor to make Lime Dole Whip margaritas, as pictured below.
Man, that looks refreshing, doesn’t it?
But the Frozcato cookie sandwich combines everything you love about classic Dole Whip’s ice cream-like texture with the booze you love from the adult Dole Whip beverages to create the ultimate treat.
In case you’re unfamiliar: Disney’s wildly popular Dole Whip is a frozen pineapple soft serve that’s not too difficult to recreate at home by combining frozen pineapple and coconut milk in a blender.
Add a little vodka and Moscato to the mix, and you’ve got an alcoholic version. Yum!
And since it’s not too difficult to make your own Dole Whip at home (you just need coconut milk, pineapple and a blender), that means you can recreate the Frozcato cookie sandwich at home, too, by taking it just a step further and wedging Dole Whip in between sugar cookies.
Follow along with this recipe from Demand Africa that takes pineapple-flavored ice cream and layers it between coconut cookies for extra-tropical flavor.

Whether you try these boozy cookie sandwiches at Disney or make them at home, you’re going to want to enjoy this sweet at least once this summer season. It’s gonna be a hot one!
So go ahead, bring on the Frozcato!
