Louisiana's longest-running rodeo has returned to Lafayette.

The 2020 Mid-Winter Fair PRCA Pro Rodeo is now underway at Blackham Coliseum and will continue to entertain rodeo fans until Sunday, January 12.

The best cowboys and cowgirls are set to compete in events like bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronc riding, tie-down and team roping, barrel racing and bull riding.

Organizers say riders and performers are ready for crowds of fans to pack the coliseum and bring the energy they've come to expect from Lafayette.

The show begins on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 pm and on Sunday at 2:00 pm.
