Today's Cool School is Carencro Heights Elementary!
The Carencro Heights 4-H Club Sponsors many donation drives throughout the school year. They learn that is important to give back to the community that has given so much to them. This year is no different.
With their annual Holiday Drive, they were able to donate to seven organizations around our area, including the Desormeaux Foundation, Foster Friends of Acadiana, Foster the Love, Hearts of Hope, Healing House, Shoulders of Strength, and the Therapy Center of Acadiana. And they fulfilled twelve foster childrens' Christmas Wish Lists.
With the generosity of faculty, staff, and students, Carencro Heights was able to provide much needed food, pajamas, cleaning supplies, diapers, animal food, fidget spinners and many other important items to these organizations. It's Always a Great Day to be a Carencro Heights Eagle.
