The Children's Museum of Acadiana in Lafayette will host their New Year's Noon celebration for all kids who can't make it to midnight.
Today beginning at 10:00 am CMA will host their annual new years noon party where the balloon drops and confetti cannons go off at noon.
This is the museum's 23rd year hosting the family-friendly New Year's Eve event.
A carnival will be set up during the event with outside games under the "Big Top", Kiddie Cuisine, free Arts and Crafts and all existing exhibits for families to explore.
At 12:00 pm, guests will celebrate the New Year with a prize ball drop and confetti storm which will take place outside under the Big Top.
Celebratory hats and noisemakers will be provided for the celebration.
Admission for the New Year's Noon and Carnival Countdown is $8 per person. Members of the Children's Museum pay $3 per person. Children 12 months and under get in free.
