A FEW WEEKS INTO THE NEW YEAR AND YOU MAY BE LOOKING FOR SOME REINFORCEMENT WHEN IT COMES TO KEEPING YOUR RESOLUTION TO QUIT SMOKING. ABBY BREIDENBACH SHARES A APP THAT MAY HELP KEEP YOU ON TRACK. — A few weeks into the new year and you may be looking for some reinforcement when it comes to keeping your resolution.

If you're having trouble tossing out that lighter and quitting a smoking habit in 2021, this app is for you.

Download Quit Now and share how many times a day you smoke, how many cigarettes in your pack, how much you'd pay for a pack and how long you've kept the habit.

The app keeps track of how long it has been since you quit, how much time you have regained and how much money you've saved.

You can also track the health benefits which only get better the longer you're cigarette free.

There is also a whole community of people along for the ride with you this can be especially helpful if you don't personally know anybody working to quit at the same time.

The app is user friendly, not at all glitchy, and a great reminder of progress as you hit little mile markers.
