Abby's Apps: Moshi

Posted
and last updated

Whether it's too much TV time, working on a computer or staring at a tablet, we often blame technology for keeping us awake late at night, but Moshi is the app that does the opposite for kids.

This app has soothing audio stories, meditations, music, and white noise all geared at helping your little one drift off to sleep.

As Moshi stories progress, the pace becomes slower and sleepier, background noise quiets, and music fades so there's no abrupt stop to the sound that could wake your child.

The topics in the stories cover kindness, gratitude and positive thinking for sweet dreams.

Sit with your child and use Moshi or you can let the app do the work on its own.

For the first seven days, the app is free. Subscribe on up to three devices, like a parent's phone and two kids' tablets.
