Hearts of Hope will send 30 brave supporters “Over the Edge” of the old Chevron Building in Lafayette on Saturday, November 10.

KATC’s Abby Breidenbach was LIVE this morning with more information on the event.

On Saturday, thirty “Edgers” will rappel down the side of the old Chevron Building at 5750 Johnston Street. Every ten minutes for six hours, supporters will make their descent down the 70ft building all in support of Hearts for Hope. The event is raising funds for the organization.

The event will also have a kid zone, food court, and so much more for those who head out to enjoy the spectacle.

With the event happening this Saturday, spots are limited. There is, however, an opportunity for those wishing to participate.

Those interested can register online, here. For those not-so-brave individuals, Hearts of Hope says donations can be made to the participant of your choice.
