Find your zen on Thursday, October 18 in Covenant United Methodist Church Pumpkin Patch with Yoga in the Patch presented by Acadiana Family Tree.
KATC’s Abby Breidenbach got to work this morning practicing her warrior poses and learning more about tomorrow’s event.
Yoga class begins at 6:00 pm and will last until 7:00 pm in the Covenant United Methodist Pumpkin Patch located at 300 E Martial Avenue. The event will be taught by a certified Yoga instructor and will teach attendees the basics of yoga. Organizers say that all poses are child-friendly and can easily be done by everyone in the family.
The event will also include pumpkin decorating, crafts, a maze, hayrides, and concessions. No registration is required to attend the yoga class.
