KATC’s Josh Meny was LIVE at the Essanee Theater in New Iberia as IPAL prepares to present "Barefoot in the Park."
The performances will be held from May 31 until June 10. "Barefoot in the Park" is a romantic comedy written by Neil Simon and premiered on Broadway in 1963. In 1967 the play was adapted to film starring Robert Redford and Jane Fonda.
The Iberia Performing Arts League will bring the original Broadway production to the stage of the Essanee Theater in Downtown New Iberia. Performances will be held from May 31 to June 10 at 7:30 pm on Thursdays through Saturdays during the show’s run. On Sundays, shows begin at 3:00 pm.
