St. Landry Crime Stoppers is asking for help in solving a homicide in the Opelousas area.
In the early morning hours of January 5, 2020, Terrell Wayne Ford, II and his 8-year-old son were driving through the Yambilee Grounds parking lot when shots were fired. Although his son was not harmed, Terrell Ford was seriously injured and later died from his injuries at the local hospital.
Friends and family have come together and are offering a reward of $20,000 for the arrest and indictment of the person responsible.
Crime Stoppers is also offering up to $1,000 if your information leads to an arrest.
