The Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office needs your help identifying the suspect responsible for the armed robbery of a local business, located in the 1500 block of Weeks Island Road.
On the evening of November 30, deputies responded to the business of Pennywise in reference to an armed robbery. Surveillance footage revealed an unidentified man wearing a black mask, black hoodie, and black gloves entered the business, holding a large silver handgun.
He approached the cashier, pointed the gun at her and demanded money from the register and a carton of cigarettes. The cashier handed him an undisclosed amount of cash from the register and a carton of Kool cigarettes. The suspect fled the scene on foot towards the back of the building.
