David Hardy Jr. suffers with Alzheimer’s and was last seen near I-49 and Broadway Ave in Alexandria driving a 2006 silver Ford Mustang with a black bumper cover.
The vehicle was located in Elizabeth, Louisiana on July 10, 2017, with spoiled groceries inside.
