Crime Stoppers of Acadia Parish needs your help to solve a felony theft case.

On August 27, 2018, deputies with the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office began an investigation into the theft of two Multiquip air compressors, black and gray in color. These compressors are portable and are equipped with a trailer hitch to pull behind a vehicle.

These compressors were located on a job site on Bayou Mallet Highway just north of Acorn Hills Road in northern Acadia Parish. Suspects gained entry to the job site by damaging a security fence, then removing the compressors with vehicles. These compressors are valued at $22,000.
