The Sewage and Water Board of New Orleans inspected the city's underground canals and found an interesting blockage.
According to WBRZ, the Board launched an amphibious vehicle with a camera underground attempting to find the source of the city's drainage problems.
They found a car, among other debris, blocking drainage in the canal.
The inspection of the canals was prompted by bad flooding last month in the city.
Ghassan Korban, Executive Director of the Sewage and Water Board, said that "the only way we can move forward with improving our infrastructure is if we do it together."
