ARNAUDVILLE, La. - The lock down at a St. Landry Parish school has been lifted following two separate threats.
The St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office responded to Beau Chene High before noon on Wednesday in reference to a student in possession of a gun, according to Patrick Jenkins, St. Landry Parish Superintendent.
Once on scene, another threat was located. A bomb threat was written on a wall.
There was a sweep of the school in reference to both threats and it was deemed safe.
