The U.S. Coast Guard called off a search for a boat hand that went overboard in South Marsh Island, LA.
According to Coast Guard officials, the man was found dead in the water just before 3:30pm Saturday afternoon.
This came after five hours of searching near an offshore supply vessel called "Gol Makers."
No names are being released at this time.
