UPDATE: All lanes are now open on I-10 East at mile marker 122 (Atchafalaya Basin Bridge). Traffic congestion has reached approximately three miles in length.
I-10 East was closed at mile marker 122 (Atchafalaya Basin Bridge) due to that fire Thursday afternoon
No injuries were reported according to State Police. The fire was put out around 6:00 p.m.
A tow truck is en route.
